CoachPro ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by KAPIL LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the CoachPro platform, including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

We collect the following types of personal information when you register for and use CoachPro:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and role (coach, parent, or player).
  • Phone Number: Required for account verification via one-time passcode (OTP) sent by SMS, and for receiving transactional notifications about your bookings and schedule.
  • Payment Information: Payment card details and billing information are collected and processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including session attendance, booking history, and scheduling activity.
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers when you access the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • Account Verification: Sending OTP codes via SMS to verify your identity during registration and login.
  • Service Delivery: Managing your tennis academy enrollment, scheduling, attendance tracking, and bookings.
  • Transactional Communications: Sending SMS notifications for booking confirmations, schedule reminders, cancellation notices, and payment receipts.
  • Payment Processing: Processing payments for packages and subscriptions through Stripe.
  • Customer Support: Responding to your inquiries and providing technical assistance.
  • Service Improvement: Analyzing usage patterns to improve the platform's features and performance.

3. SMS and Phone Number Usage

Your phone number is used specifically for:

  • One-time passcode (OTP) verification during account registration and login
  • Booking confirmation messages
  • Schedule reminder notifications
  • Cancellation and schedule change notices

4. Third-Party Services

We share your information with the following third-party service providers, solely to operate the Service:

  • Twilio: SMS delivery for OTP verification and transactional notifications.
  • Stripe: Secure payment processing for subscriptions and one-time payments.

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS) for all communications
  • Secure server infrastructure with access controls
  • Token-based authentication for API access
  • Payment data handled exclusively by PCI-compliant Stripe infrastructure

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements).

CoachPro serves tennis academies that include minor players. Accounts for players under 18 must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
