CoachPro SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: March 10, 2026

By creating a CoachPro account, you consent to receive SMS text messages from CoachPro at the phone number you provide during registration. SMS consent is collected when you enter your phone number and request a verification code on mfta.coachpro.store (and future CoachPro academy sites).

What Messages Will I Receive?

CoachPro sends the following types of SMS messages:

  • Verification Codes: One-time passcodes (OTP) to verify your identity when you register or log in to your account.
  • Booking Confirmations: Confirmation messages when you enroll in a package or book a session.
  • Schedule Reminders: Reminders about upcoming lessons, clinics, or camps you are enrolled in.
  • Cancellation Notices: Notifications when a session is cancelled or your schedule changes.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity. You will receive a verification code each time you log in, and transactional messages related to your bookings and schedule. Typically this means a few messages per week, but frequency may increase during periods of high activity (e.g., enrolling in multiple programs or camp weeks).

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. CoachPro does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging and data fees. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time:

  • Reply STOP to any CoachPro text message to unsubscribe from all non-essential messages.
  • After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message.
  • Note: OTP verification codes are required for account access. If you opt out of all messages, you may not be able to log in to your account.

Supported Carriers

CoachPro SMS messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering the messages described above.
