Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CoachPro platform, including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). CoachPro is operated by KAPIL LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

CoachPro is a management platform for tennis academies. The Service provides tools for:

  • Package creation and enrollment management
  • Scheduling and calendar management for lessons, clinics, and camps
  • Attendance tracking and player check-in
  • Payment processing for academy programs
  • Communication between coaches, parents, and players

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing your name, phone number, and other required information. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

Players under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian create and manage their account.

3. SMS and Messaging Consent

By registering for CoachPro, you consent to receive SMS messages at the phone number you provide. These messages include:

  • One-time passcode (OTP) verification codes for login
  • Booking confirmations and schedule reminders
  • Cancellation and schedule change notifications

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Note that opting out of OTP messages will prevent you from logging in. For full details, see our SMS Terms & Conditions.

4. Payments

Payments for academy packages and subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to:

  • Provide valid payment information
  • Authorize recurring charges for subscription-based packages as described at the time of purchase
  • Review the specific pricing, billing cycle, and cancellation terms for each package before completing your purchase

Refund policies are determined by each tennis academy using the platform. Contact your academy directly for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by KAPIL LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • KAPIL LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KAPIL LLC, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at kapil@coachpro.store.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New York.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
